We all need to feel that someone is on our side and supporting us."I know that since joining the Sistahood I've received tons of support, not just with weight loss and exercise, either - with other things as well. My husband had a death in the family over the weekend and when I happened to mention it on Twitter, I immediately received condolences and messages of support from lots of my Mamavation sisters. I so appreciate all the other friends I've met through Mamavation and all of my other friends and family who encourage me on a daily basis. If you're wanting to lose weight or get healthier and want support, I definitely recommend Mamavation. I like what Leah said on this week's blog - "This week is about the Sistahood. We are a fun-loving, encouraging group that excels in lifting the spirits of others. Weight loss and healthy living is NOT easy. We don't do it effortlessly. It takes dedication and support. And support is what we are good at."
So this week, how did I do? Not too bad really! I've kept up with my water drinking very well. I haven't done too bad with my food intake either. I even went to an ice cream social this past weekend and only ate a tiny little bit of ice cream and part of a brownie. I exercised almost every day this past week by doing Zumba DVDs and a generic dollar store DVD called Super Stomachs and Buns. Feel free to chuckle but it was a dollar and I really like it. :)

Then I couldn't find the cord to upload it. It's not been a good day, technology-wise!!!! Also, please don't mind my horribly-in-need-of-paint toenails!)
