Review: Cardstore

Cardstore is a service that lets you choose a card, personalize it however you’d like, and then have it mailed out. They have custom birthday cards, photo cards, holiday cards, and pretty much any other type of card you could imagine. It is SO simple and easy to use, and really quite affordable. Here is how my experience with it went:
For my card I chose a baby announcement. I’ve never sent out baby announcement cards but always thought they looked precious so I decided I would make one for our newest bundle of joy to put in his scrapbook. I browsed through the cards and found a baby boy card with a faith-based theme that I thought would work and then set to work personalizing it. I added a photo from his birth and all the pertinent details. I liked that Cardstore lets you add your own text & photos, and that it has customizable fonts & colors.
It probably sounds silly that I had our card mailed to us but I thought – what a better way to check out the service than to have it sent right to me? It arrived quickly and only puzzled my husband a little bit…since the return address was mine AND it was addressed to me! *grin* The final product (which you can see in the picture below) was gorgeous & has already went into the baby book.
Cardstore is a really nice service – a couple bucks for a card, and just a little more for them to mail it out for you. The website is easy to browse and use. AND you can do it all without ever leaving your home! That works for me!
Disclosure: For review purposes, I received a complimentary card from Cardstore. I was not compensated in any other way & all opinions are my own.
