Welcome! I'm 5'8" and I would LOVE to be 160 again as well. My current goal is to lose 20 lbs by the time I return to school in the fall and 50 lbs by my birthday (12/29). Still have a ways to go from there, but trying not to get discouraged.

I can never accomplish my goal of drinking 8 glasses of water a day. It is impossible. I think the most I had was 6 glasses. I space drinking a glass every two hours. My skin is hydrated drinking 4-5 glasses a day so I think it's all good. Good luck with your goals.

Good luck to you in the campain and welcome to Mamavation! Your goal may seem far off now, but after a few weeks and months you'll be saying "Wow! I've already lost (10, 20, 30, etc)!"
