One of our little guys has been making morning smoothies the last few days and wanted to try and make a video to share it! (You can see the video HERE - for some reason it's not letting me embed it! Grrrr!)
Here’s the recipe! Morning Smoothies (original recipe from The Complete Cookbook for Young Chefs) 1 banana 1 Tablespoon honey 1/4 cup orange juice 1 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt 1 cup strawberries 1 cup peaches Cut up the banana and add to blender with honey. Mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again until smooth. Enjoy!
